Rules & Regulations
  1. All fee of current year is to be deposited in the school office only.
  2. No post-dated cheques will be accepted in the school office.
  3. A nominal fine will be charged, if fee is paid after the due date.
  4. Habitual fee defaulters' name will be struck off from rolls without any intimation.
  5. Pupil shall not be allowed to sit for the Examination unless all dues are paid up to date.
  6. A month's notice must be submitted in written before the withdrawal of any child, or else a month's fee will be charged.
  7. When a child has once been withdrawn, admission fee must be paid again on re-admission.
  8. No transfer certificate (T.C.) or any other document will be issued before the sums due to the school have been paid.
  9. No reduction in the fee shall be made for pupils coming late to school after vacation, nor shall any reduction be made for the period of absence.
  10. No fee will be refunded on cancelation of admission.
  11. No parent is allowed to go to the Class Room.
  12. The transport facility fees will be charged annually if once opt. There is no reduction or refund after leaving the facility in the mid-year.
  13. A nominal fine will be charged for the damage of School or Vehicle properties if the student found responsible for that.
  14. Student/ Parents must behave properly with the drivers and conductors of the Transport facility. No discussion is allowed with them regarding academics. For any complain visit the school office.
  15. The responsibility of bringing the child to school and taking him/her rests entirely with the parents.
  16. Parents must write the contact numbers of the driver of out-sider vehicles in the students’ diary.
  17. Never send your children in an overcrowded auto rickshaw mini bus etc. The rickshaw owners take utmost care of your most prized possession “Your Child”. So, we request you not only to treat them with courtesy and respect but also teach your child to respect, this important “Uncle”, “A Smile”, “Good Morning”, “Thank You” and “Bye-Bye” would surely win this uncle’s heart.
  18. No discussion is allowed with the accountant regarding the academics of students. For this please visit the school on PTMs.
